If no professional photos, our models could pay only $230.00 for professional photography, which includes 8 finished photos, which is billed in three payments through their paychecks. We are the only agency that uses in house professional photographers, hairstylist and make -up artists who can meet the needs of clients and other agencies, and that’s why we could make our prices affordable for our models.

Do I own the photos taken by your photographer?
No, you do not own the photos. They are only for the Chocolate Crushes site and uses by Chocolate Crushes, Latrina Blackberry and Affiliates. If anyone wants to see your photos, you can refer them to the site so that they could book you from there. Photos/Comp Cards etc... are only given to you for audition purposes referred by Chocolate Crushes. 

What if I want to take more photos just for more experience or publicity?
If you would like to shoot again with one of Chocolate Crushes photographers, because you want to build your portfolio, try a different type of modeling, new scenery, etc... You could do so. For an additional fee $150.00 you will receive 8 more finished photos of your likings. After, you are eligible to sign up and receive a one free finished photo a month by paying a monthly due of
 $15.00 which is deducted through automatic withdrawal on the first of each month. Just schedule an appointment. Restrictions apply. Please ask for more details.

What if I want to buy rights to photos from Chocolate Crushes that were taken of me by the photographer?
It is possible to buy rights to your photos at an extra $30.00 a piece from the photos that were already taken by our photographer. Those photos that you choose to buy individually are those that are not advertised on the site. You have 60 days to purchase these photos before they are discarded.

 

Could I choose the type of modeling I want to do?
Yes, your first choice is considered, but we are in the business of finding you work and making this a career for you. So we appreciate models who will like to get more experience and exposure booking other assignments. We ask that models network with each other to learn about their experiences.

Do you do any porn or adult entertainment work?
We do not shoot porn like photos or videos. We would not submit you to adult industries or consider working with those clients unless they offered the model a contract worth jeopardizing the models career choices. We consult with the model if any company was offering a contract and they could make their own decision.

What does Chocolate Crushes get for booking assignments for me?
We only receive a 10% commission for all assignments we book for you.

How am I paid?
The client pays Chocolate Crushes for your services. Chocolate Crushes processes checks on the 1st and the 15th of every month by 1099 form method. Please contact us if you have any questions on when you would receive payment for an assignment. Also, you may be scheduled for assignments to with Chocolate Crushes on any given project. Your pay will still be sent by the above mentioned method.

Would I be bound to a contract with you?
There is no contract that prevents you from working with other agencies or clients, that were not referred to you by Chocolate Crushes nor had no direct relationship with Chocolate Crushes. . The only contract that you have with Chocolate Crushes is that you must work when you are shown to be available and capable to do an assignment. If you do not work the assignment that a client requested you for. You would lose representation by Chocolate Crushes and will not be refunded any fees paid and may be penalized fees for any monies owed to you. For any other assignments that you were not specifically requested for by a client, Chocolate Crushes may be able to resolve unexpected circumstances if you the model gave sufficient notice of cancellation.
You must also share any offers or contracts presented to you by other clients/ agencies whether you are interested or not.

What happens/ needs to be done if I choose to leave Chocolate Crushes?
If you choose not to have us promote you any longer or book gigs for you. Like any other company we ask for a two week notice. Your contract stipulates that you could not work, book gigs for any client that was referred to you by Chocolate Crushes for 3 years after terminating your contract with us. You are to continuing working assignments booked for you until your last day with the company. If you choose to buy the rights to your advertised photos from Chocolate Crushes, you could do so at $50.00 a piece.  

How would you know what to submit me for and when I am available?
You would have selected the type of work you were interested in at the time of the application process when you signed on with the company. You are required to submit by phone or email every Saturday morning your availability for work for the following week. 

What does Chocolate Crushes expect from me?
Great Question! Chocolate Crushes expects their models to always arrive on time. We expect you to leave 2 hours early to arrive at your scheduled location, to have 30 min to prepare your make up, get ready, etc....
We also expect our models to keep fit and keep yourself looking exactly like your photos. Example: Your photos show you have long straight brown hair. Don’t arrive to a client wearing your hair curly or dyed a different color. Another example, your photos show you looking like a certain size and you put on too many pounds and now you look like you aged or the picture is not a recent picture of you. Please understand Chocolate Crushes will not receive a great response if the models do not look like their pictures. It makes you look bad and so the company.

This is my first time using your services how do I know that the catalog ordering would work in rush situations? 
Clients are asked to book through the catalog for services that need to booked 3 days notice or later. If you need
a model sooner than 3 days, we ask that you call 888-41-CRUSH for better and speedy service.


What is the client registration fee for?
This fee is one time registration fee to allow you to book models that are on call at anytime for any project.
This fee is non-refundable.


Are the prices set?

I'm bored of the same type of models I see. How do I know your models are better?
Our models are hand selected through auditions we hold over the United States. We look for sexy, classy, models that walk with elegance, speak intelligent, have an exotic look, we then grade them on their expertise of modeling and how serious they are about their career. We present to you a team of models of different sizes, characteristics, and skills between the ages of 21-35.

Could I have a separate contract with the model?
Yes, but the model would have to share the new contract offered to them with Chocolate Crushes because the model still has a contract with Chocolate Crushes and would be obligated to pay their (%) fees to Chocolate Crushes. This statement is true unless the client/model bought out of the contract.

What if I am not satisfied with the service?

What if I am not satisfied with the model(s)
Chocolate Crushes feels you would not have any worries in this area. But we understanding that you want to be protected.
If you book a model that performed services for less than 2 hours. You are to pay the model for the minimum hour time as quoted on the renting policies page.  If the model performed services for 2 hours or more you are to send the model home before the 3rd hour to avoid paying full day charges and you could pay the hourly rate for that service. If you turned the model away at first glance and no services were performed, you must state the reason why and reimburse model for gas expenses. In any way possible we would like to exchange the model for any available model that perfectly suits your project. Sometimes last minute changes are not always favorable. We ask that you carefully screen/select the models before assuring your booking. There are no refunds.
